At Jordan Design Jewelry, we want you to feel confident in every purchase. If your item isn’t quite right, our return process is simple and transparent.


30-Day Return Period

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. To qualify, the item must be:

  • Unworn and in original condition

  • Returned in original packaging with tags and stickers intact

  • Accompanied by a receipt, invoice, or proof of purchase


How to Start a Return

Before sending any item back, email us at info@jdesignjewelry.com to request a return authorization.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 4–6 business days.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 6 business days:

  1. Check your bank or credit card account

  2. Contact your bank or provider (processing times may vary)

Exchanges

We replace items only if defective or damaged. For exchange authorization, contact info@jdesignjewelry.com. Once approved, send the item to:

Made-to-Order & Custom Jewelry

Some custom-sized or personalized items may not be eligible for return. This will be clearly stated on the product page. For clarification, contact us before purchasing at info@jdesignjewelry.com.


Gift Returns

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, we will issue a gift credit for the return value. Once received, we’ll email you a digital certificate.


Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility and non-refundable. For returns over $200, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing insurance.
