At Jordan Design Jewellery, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not completely delighted with your purchase, we're here to help. 

30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of receipt to initiate a return. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can't offer you a refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Return

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • Unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received.
  • In the original packaging with all stickers, hangtags, etc. intact.
  • Accompanied by an original Jordan Design Jewellery receipt, invoice, or proof of purchase.
Return Authorization

Please do not send your purchase back to Jordan Design Jewellery before receiving a return authorization. To initiate a return, contact us at info@jdesignjewelry.com.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification. After processing, your refund will be issued, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment. This process typically takes 4 - 6 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund, please check your account and contact your credit card company. Processing times vary between banks. If you've completed these steps and still haven't received your refund, reach out to us at info@jdesignjewelry.com.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To exchange an item, email us at info@jdesignjewelry.com to receive authorization before sending your item. Once authorized, send your item to:

Made-to-Order Items

 

Please note that some made-to-order items may not be eligible for a refund due to their personalized size and customization. This information will be specified on the product's page. Gifts

If your item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Upon receiving the returned item, we will mail you a gift certificate.

Shipping

You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. For items over $200 , we recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance.
